The first hour of the evening includes a discussion on a psychic or spiritual topic. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and also share their own experiences. Weeks may vary with topic discussions. Some weeks may include mini workshops or a series of exercises to develop and understand psychic energy. The second half of the evening is focused on “Circle Work”, where the participants have an opportunity to develop their intuitive abilities and learn to communicate with their Spirit Guides.

      A meditation session designed for relaxation and inner balance typically begins with focused breathing techniques. Participants are guided to settle into a comfortable seated or lying position, closing their eyes and bringing attention to their breath. The instructor may introduce deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing, encouraging slow, mindful inhales and exhales. This conscious breathing helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the mind for deeper meditation. Following the breathwork, the session transitions into a guided meditation. The instructor leads participants through visualizations. To enhance the experience, gentle sound healing is incorporated-soft tones from singing bowls, chimes, or soothing music fill the space, promoting relaxation and energetic balance.     Once a year we have our Annual WORKING BEE at COSE We are needing volunteers on the morning of Saturday, 31st January between 9am – 12 noon. Our little Church is needing some TLC and if you could lend a hand in the morning, even for a short amount of time it would be greatly appreciated.       COSE Psychic Development Circle is held every Tuesday Evening from 7.30pm – 9.30pm This Circle enables participants to develop and experience their own psychic gifts and abilities. The first hour of the evening includes a discussion on a psychic or spiritual topic. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and also share their own experiences. Weeks may vary with topic discussions. Some weeks may include mini workshops or a series of exercises to develop and understand psychic energy. The second half of the evening is focused on “Circle Work”, where the participants have an opportunity to develop their intuitive abilities and learn to communicate with their Spirit Guides.
