    The COSE Healing Sanctuary is every Saturday morning from 10:00am – 11:30am Step into a nurturing space and experience a range of gentle, restorative healing modalities, including: Energy Healing Reiki Gentle Therapeutic Massage Chakra Cleansing & Balancing Acupressure Reflexology Our experienced healing facilitators offer treatments designed to encourage deep relaxation and support the wellbeing of your body, mind, and spirit. Sessions at COSE help to clear energetic blockages, restore inner calm and clarity, and gently support your spiritual and physical health.
