Strength demonstrates power within.

Actively partake in your destiny.

Persevere with hope in the face of difficulties.

There is a need to find renewed passion for life and determine which direction you want to go. Hopefully, this passion will be directed toward meaningful projects and not allowed to become a self-destructive source. The Strength Year challenges us all but with courage and perseverance, you will find the balance for your needs against the needs of others.

Learn to ‘tame the Lion within’. Know when to let the ‘Lion’ speak and when to keep it quiet. Discover how to use your voice in a loving, meaningful way and not as a mean-spirited destructive force.
