Contracts are vows, oaths, promises and pledges that you have created in this Life or Past Life

Contracts are usually made due to a strong emotional reaction to a situation/s. These contracts are various, but also can be common. Some of these contracts can affect your ‘Trust in others’ ie. ‘I will never trust another man again’. Or your potential to succeed ‘I will never make money’. Quiet but powerful vows we make to ourselves become a burden. Our ‘unconscious pledge’ can hold us back from freedom and true happiness.

Releasing contracts and vows which you may have consciously or inadvertently created can be achieved through guided meditation.

In this Guided Meditation, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation using gentle breath work, meditation techniques and chakra balancing exercises.

Sophia will then guide you into the Akashic Records which hold all of your Soul memories and experiences since the dawn of time. It is here in the Akashic Records that you will access the memory and understanding of the vow/contracts needing to be released.
