Our Spirit Guides are beings of pure love and light that have accompanied us on our path in this earthly life…..even before we were born.
Spirit Guides can take various forms including : angels, animal guides, star beings, ascended masters, ancestral spirits. Whatever form they take, they come in pure Love and offer us : healing, wisdom, insight, direction and inspiration.
Our Spirit Guides assist us on our Path in Life and bring Divine guidance and Love, particularly when we reach ‘cross roads’ in our life or challenging situations.
This Spirit Guide Meditation, is a beautiful reminder that “We are Never Alone”, and that divine guidance is ever present and spirit is always watching over us.

As part of the meditation, Sophia will take you into a state of relaxation using meditation techniques, including gentle breath work and chakra balancing exercises. In a state of deep relaxation, Sophia will guide you through a visualised journey to meet, attune with, connect and communicate with your Spirit Guide/s.
Sophia is a certified Meditation Teacher, Sound Healing facilitator, Sacred Space Practitioner and Reiki Master.
