COSE Psychic Development Circle is held every Tuesday Evening from 7.30pm - 9.30pm This Circle enables participants to develop and experience their own psychic gifts and abilities. The first hour of the evening includes a discussion on a psychic or spiritual topic. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and also share their own experiences. Weeks may vary with topic discussions. Some weeks may include mini workshops or a series of exercises to develop and understand psychic energy. The second half of the evening is focused on "Circle Work", where the participants have an opportunity to develop their intuitive abilities and learn to communicate with their Spirit Guides.   Sessions are (facilitated) by Rev. AKASHIC RECORDS - RELEASING PAST VOWS AND CONTRACTS Contracts are vows, oaths, promises and pledges that you have created in this Life or Past Life Contracts are usually made due to a strong emotional reaction to a situation/s. These contracts are various, but also can be common. Some of these contracts can affect your ‘Trust in others’ ie. ‘I will never trust another man again’. Or your potential to succeed ‘I will never make money’. Quiet but powerful vows we make to ourselves become a burden. Our ‘unconscious pledge’ can hold us back from freedom and true happiness. Releasing contracts and vows which you may have consciously or inadvertently created can be achieved through guided meditation. In this Guided Meditation, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation using gentle breath work, meditation techniques and chakra balancing exercises. Sophia will then guide you into the Akashic Records which hold all of your Soul memories and experiences since the dawn of time. It is here in the Akashic Records that you will access the memory and understanding of the vow/contracts needing to be released. COSE Healing Sanctuary is open every Saturday morning between 10 am-11.45 am Our variety of Lightworkers have been facilitating Healings for many years. Healing Modalities include Reflexology, Acupressure, Therapeutic Massage, Chakra Balancing, Energy Healing and more. You don't need to book, simlply arrive and register your name at the desk. The Divine Light Service commences at 3 pm every Sunday, with an open-ended duration that finishes before 5 pm. The Service agenda includes : a guided healing meditation, a short talk on a spiritual topic presented by Rob Finlay and a Clairvoyant Demonstration presented by Doris Inguanez (everyone receives a reading) Doris has been demonstrating at COSE for over 20 years. Naturally talented with her spiritual gifts, her readings always bring forth a depth of wisdom and inspiration. Rob Finlay has been dedicated towards his Spiritual Path for many years.
