The facilitator of this NEW MOON – GANESHA – SOUND HEALING is Sophia Sitzoukis.

Sophia is certified in : Meditation Teaching, Sound Healing Therapy and is also a Reiki Master.

During the practice of Sound Healing, a person may lay down or remain seated and while you are in a state of deep relaxation, the energy vibrations created will bring calm, heal and restore your energy field, emotions, physical body.

What to bring:

• Everything is included for the session including yoga mats, blankets, cushions, bolsters and lavender eye pads.

• Chairs are available for those who are needing back support.
