A meditation session designed for relaxation and inner balance typically begins with focused breathing techniques.
Participants are guided to settle into a comfortable seated or lying position, closing their eyes and bringing attention to their breath. The instructor may introduce deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing, encouraging slow, mindful inhales and exhales. This conscious breathing helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the mind for deeper meditation.
Following the breathwork, the session transitions into a guided meditation. The instructor leads participants through visualizations. To enhance the experience, gentle sound healing is incorporated-soft tones from singing bowls, chimes, or soothing music fill the space, promoting relaxation and energetic balance.
The combination of guided imagery and healing sounds supports participants in letting go of stress and cultivating a sense of inner peace and clarity.
Each week there are different topics that are covered, and a wide range of techniques, to enhance your inner peace and calm.
