In this special Aphrodite evening, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation using gentle breathing techniques….

Your facilitator Sophia will then guide you on a journey to deepen your connection with the goddess Aphrodite within yourself.

While in the state of connectivity and oneness with the beauty and love within your soul, you will then be submerged in a deeply relaxing and calming Sound Bath using the sounds, harmonies and vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs, wind chimes and a variety of eastern musical instruments to transport you into a deeply restful and meditative state.

During the practice of ‘Sound Healing’ the harmonic sound waves assist in cleansing, charging and balancing the 7 Chakras of your body and create a positive and energetic aura around you.

Your brain waves and heart beat slow down, and the musical harmonies work with your sympathetic nervous system to promote healing, rest and relaxation.

The facilitator of this APHRODITE SOUND BATH is Sophia Sitzoukis.

Sophia is certified in : Meditation Teaching, Sound Healing Therapy and is also a Reiki Master.

During the practise of Sound Healing, a person may lay down or remain seated and while you are in a state of deep relaxation, the energy vibrations created will bring calm, heal and restore your energy field, emotions, physical body.

What to bring:

• Everything is included for the session including yoga mats, blankets, cushions, bolsters and lavender eye pads.

• Chairs are available for those who are needing back support.
